The spotlight is on and it’s time to step centre stage!

From Friday 27 – Sunday 29 April 2018 Surfers Paradise is set to bring the heat with the return of our annual Step Up Surfers Paradise dance competition.  Step Up Surfers Paradise has partnered with the Australian Dance Cup, showcasing national and international dance professionals competing against each other in various dance genres.

The Mecca of all things dance, Step Up Surfers Paradise transforms the beachfront into a pulsing dance arena where you have the opportunity to showcase your dance skills and perform in front of internationally renowned choreographers. With waves crashing in the background and soft sand a stone throw away, dance-lovers of all ages will battle it to take out the highly acclaimed titled of Step Up Surfers Paradise Champion!

Held over three days the Step Up marquee will showcase a range of genres including hip-hop, break dancing, jazz – whichever style your creative expression takes you! So whether you’re a competitor or a spectator, head to Surfers Paradise and enjoy the show.
