On Sunday 23 July gather your family and friends and #haveago by trying out an Olympic or Paralympic sport for FREE at one of the many world class sporting venues the Gold Coast has to offer.

From surfing and wheelchair basketball to BMX demo’s, there’s something for everyone, so #letsmove together! On the Gold Coast we leave no one behind.

All you need to get in on the action is your activewear and a have-a-go attitude!
