GC Laughs Comedy Festival

The GC Laughs Festival returns to the Gold Coast for a week of stand-up comedy, bringing some of Australia’s funniest performers to the stage at HOTA, Home of the Arts. 

Running from 13 to 22 March 2026, the festival delivers ten days of laughs with a packed program of stand-up shows, special performances and the much-anticipated GC Laughs Gala. 

Comedy fans can expect a diverse lineup of comedians, from well-known names to rising stars, performing throughout the festival. Shows range from sharp stand-up sets to storytelling and late-night comedy sessions, all designed to keep audiences laughing from start to finish. 

Held in the heart of the HOTA cultural precinct, GC Laughs offers the perfect excuse for a night out on the Gold Coast, whether you’re a dedicated comedy fan or simply looking for something fun to do with friends. 

The festival program features multiple performances across the week, including individual comedian shows and special events such as the GC Laughs Gala, which showcases a variety of acts in one night.
