Rage Cage Smash Room Brisbane and Gold Coast, is a company started in 2019, established to provide an alternative to seeing an anger therapist or talking it out when you’re having a bad day. They’re firm believers that sometimes it’s better to just do what feels natural and lash out when you need to. What better place to do that than in a safe and secure environment without judgment, consequences, or public humiliation? That’s where Rage Cage Smash Room comes in!

Rage Cage Smash Rooms is a place where you can let your hair down, gear up, and destroy the items you’ve paid for. It might sound crazy at first, but we assure you once you’ve tried this method of stress relief, nothing else will compare. Don’t worry though, it’s perfectly safe. The friendly staff will provide full personal protective gear including:
