Pacific Fair is currently offering FREE parking to all customers until further notice. All boom gates at entries will remain open and no ticket is required.


Over 350 stores are now open in Pacific Fair. It is the Gold Coast’s premier shopping and dining destination. It showcases a unique indoor and outdoor ambience, making Pacific Fair an iconic landmark. In many cases, it is considered a tourist attraction in itself.

If you are planning to visit Pacific Fair during your stay on the Gold Coast, make sure to stop at the visitor lounge and grab a free visitor privileges pass. The pass provides access to over 120 exclusive retailer offers.

PARENTS’ ROOMS

You’ll find fully equipped parents’ rooms located with all of the restroom facilities at Pacific Fair. These spacious rooms have everything you need to keep you and your little one comfortable including change tables, microwaves, private feeding rooms, child toilets and of course, play areas.

VISITOR LOUNGE & SERVICES

The Pacific Fair Visitor lounge is a complimentary space available for all visitors to utilise. Visitors can use the space to plan their day while enjoying the complimentary hot and cold water, fresh fruit and a range of services including:

LUGGAGE STORAGE LOCKERS

Luggage storage lockers are now available at Pacific Fair, in a range of sizes, allowing you to store your bags and shop with convenience! You can find the lockers in the corridor next to the Visitor Lounge.

Medium: medium size cases, boxes, motorbike helmets
Large: large backpacks, suitcases, strollers

VISITOR PRIVILEGES PASS

The Visitor Privileges Pass is complimentary for visitors to Pacific Fair. The pass provides access to OVER 120 EXCLUSIVE RETAILER OFFERS. Retailers include luxury, Australian designers, men’s and women’s fashion brands, fashion accessories, health and beauty, footwear, homewares, jewellery, food and much more.

The Visitor Privileges Pass is available for collection from the Visitor Lounge located on the Hooker Boulevard side of the centre.

WHAT QUALIFIES ME AS A ‘VISITOR’?
In order to be classified as a ‘Visitor’, you need to be an interstate or overseas visitor, or live beyond the borders of postcodes 4225 Coolangatta, 4207 Yatala and 4272 Mt Tamborine.

Please note that proof of identification in the form of a passport or driver’s licence will be required to obtain the Privileges Pass from the Visitor Lounge.
